Fishing Pips provides access to a private community and discussion space focused on the markets. It does not provide financial advice, portfolio management, guaranteed outcomes or a mentorship programme.
Membership and billing
Membership is purchased directly on this website. Whop is used only to host the private community environment after access is granted. Memberships are non-refundable: access to the community and its content is issued immediately after verification, so payments cannot be reversed once access has been provided. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Acceptable use
Members must not share, resell, republish or redistribute community content outside the community, impersonate others, post unlawful, abusive or misleading material, promote unrelated schemes, or attempt to disrupt the community or its platforms. Access may be suspended or removed for breaches.
Intellectual property
Website and community content, branding and materials belong to Fishing Pips or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
Third-party links
This website links to third parties, including Whop and broker referral links. Fishing Pips does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, policies or regulatory status.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fishing Pips and its operator are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the community. You use both at your own risk.
